What does the leadership team need to get better at?
No clear direction for company or bigger picture for how we fit into Ziff Davis.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They dont care about females being sexually assaulted, biggest bunch of hypocrites on the face of the earth. Also will not hire anyone that doesnt tow the line with their radical far left political views. They encourange violence against police and white males.
Can't live in San Francisco on an editor salary.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Like my co-workers, but management doesn't listen to employees.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Work much more than 40 hours a week, takes a long time to get ideas approved.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
They hate anyone that doesnt agree with their political views
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Most people see the site as a joke, but they have no sense if self awareness. They love the smell of their own farts.
Company has changed a lot, pressure on bottom line, employees treated poorly.
