Being able to balance work and private life
Really good health insurance package.
High cash base, worthless RSU & ESPP given decline in stock price
I love the unlimited time off and 2 1-week shutdowns a year, along with holidays.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They do not show exactly how to get a promotion which would increase your pay faster than standard pay increase increases each year. The raises every year tend to be 2 to 3% which is below market.
I'm currently working as a contractor so I don't think my benefits are altogether that great.
