Mrs. Karen K. McGinnis has been Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Illumina, Inc. since November 14, 2017. Mrs. McGinnis served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Mad Catz Interactive Inc. from February 5, 2016 to March 30, 2017. Mrs. McGinnis served as the Chief Financial Officer of Mad Catz Interactive Inc. since June 10, 2013 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer. She served as the Chief Accounting Officer, Corporate Controller and Vice President of Cymer, Inc. from November 30, 2009 to May 30, 2013. She served as the Chief Accounting Officer of Insight Enterprises Inc. from September 2006 to March 31, 2009 and its Assistant Secretary from January 2005 to March 31, 2009. She served as Senior Vice President of Finance of Insight Enterprises Inc. since April 2001 and also served as its Senior Vice President. Mrs. McGinnis joined Insight Enterprises, Inc. in March 2000 as its Vice President of Finance. From 1997 to 2000, she served as the Chief Financial Officer of Horizon. From 1989 to 1997, Mrs. McGinnis was employed by KPMG LLP and served as its Senior Assurance Manager. She served as a Director of Mad Catz Interactive Inc. from February 5, 2016 to March 30, 2017. Mrs. McGinnis is a Certified Public Accountant and received her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Oklahoma.
