What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to have the employees in mind when making decisions. They actually care.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love the unlimited time off and 2 1-week shutdowns a year, along with holidays.

We all get along and have the passion for what we do. Havent seen a bad apple yet!
What did you like most about the interview process?
Got to meet several people who I would be working with. Everyone was friendly and attentive. It was virtual.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that I have a career path and people who are in my corner. It's not just a dead end where I will not be able to grow.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Sometimes we are super busy, but thats the nature of things. Managers are always checking in and making sure we are ok. We are able to take time off whenever we need it.
