What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is open to things that we find wrong or no longer valuable. I listen to what we need in order to improve our work quality and capabilities.
Positive mindset, goal oriented, direction

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Employee have unlimited time off
commission and benefits. 401K is also really good
It fits in the range of comparable companies.
Overall a good package .
We have good benefits overall.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm currently working as a contractor so I don't think my benefits are altogether that great.
