What can this brand most improve?

Only responding to a paying customer via email is ridiculous. I have had numerous times when IMDB does not recognize my sign-in info. (I store the login info. It's not forgetfulness.) Then I reach out & the problem goes unresolved for months, using up my paid membership. I still can't log on!
