Mr. Craig Barrows has been Secretary and General Counsel of Immunogen, Inc. since October 2007 and has been its Executive Vice President since December 20, 2016. Mr. Barrows has an extensive experience as Chief Legal Officer of Publicly-Traded Companies. He served as Vice President of Immunogen, Inc. since October 2007 until December 20, 2016. He served as a General Counsel of Mercury Systems, Inc. (Formerly, Mercury Computer Systems Inc.) since August 2005 until February 2008 and also served as its Vice President and Assistant Secretary. Mr. Barrows served as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of New England Business Service, Inc. from 1998 to 2004. He served as General Counsel & Secretary for Media 100 Inc. from 1996 to 1998 and as General Counsel for M/A-COM, Inc. from 1994 to 1996. He focused on corporate and securities law at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom. Mr. Barrows holds undergraduate degree at the University of Chicago and law degree from the Fordham University School of Law.
