Lothar H. Finke — Head of Clinical Development & General Manager Japan at Incyte Corporation

Lothar H. Finke, M.D. served as Chief Medical Officer and Vice President of Regulatory Affairs of Argos Therapeutics Inc. (formerly MERIX Bioscience Inc.). Dr. Finke served as Vice President of Clinical Development of MERIX Bioscience, Inc. since August 2004. Prior to joining Argos, Dr. Finke worked for a number of companies, including EMD Pharmaceuticals, Lexigen Pharmaceuticals, and Merck KGaA. As part of his industry experience, he is trained and experienced in regulatory affairs, drug safety, clinical development relevant to Europe, the United States, Canada, and Japan. Dr. Finke worked at the Max Delbrueck Center for Molecular Medicine, the Basel Institute for Immunology, Ruprecht Karls University of Heidelberg, and Philipps University, Marburg/Lahn, Germany. Dr. Finke received both his medical degree and cellbiology doctorate from Philipps University of Marburg in Lahn, Germany.
