Mr. Barker directed global sales operations across the capital markets. He served as Director of Fixed Income eCommerce Sales for Europe and Asia-Pacific at Citi in London. He joined Citigroup in 1999 from Brocker Investments and occupied several senior managerial positions. He holds a BA in History and Political Science from the University of Auckland and is located in Integral's London office.
