Vikas Srivastava — Chief Revenue Officer at Integral Development Corp.

Mr. Vikas Srivastava serves as Chief Revenue Officer at Integral Development Corporation. Mr. Srivastava served as Managing Director of Business Development at Integral Development Corporation since October 25, 2010. Mr. Srivastava focuses on Strategic Network Relationships and on Business Initiatives Related to the Implementation of the Dodd-Frank Act. He has more than 20 years of experience working in fixed income, derivatives and currency markets with global financial leaders. Prior to joining Integral, Mr. Srivastava was founder and Chief Executive Officer of a quantitative trading company. Before that, he spent ten years at Citigroup in New York in numerous senior management positions, leaving as its global head of e-commerce for the fixed income division. In this role, he was responsible for building and distributing electronic execution products and services across all fixed income and foreign exchange businesses and managed Citigroup investments in multi-dealer platforms. Prior to working at Citi, he was the head of currency trading and risk management at Barclays Global Investors (now BlackRock) in San Francisco. He is an accomplished industry veteran. He has co-authored financial engineering papers, published numerous articles and is frequently quoted in financial trade journals and magazines. Mr. Srivastava holds an MBA from Tulane University, Louisiana and a Master of Science from the Southern Illinois University, Illinois.
