W. Garrett Crotty — Chief Administration Officer, Chief Legal Officer, Executive Vice President and Secretary at International Speedway Corporation

Mr. W. Garrett Crotty, also known as Gary has been the Chief Administration Officer, Chief Legal Officer, Executive Vice President and Secretary at International Speedway Corp. since April 2015. Mr. Crotty has been General Counsel and Secretary of National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing Inc. since 2006. He has been with NASCAR since 1996. He also serves as an Executive Officer for several other companies including Event Equipment Leasing, Inc., Event Corporation, Kansas International Speedway Corporation, Miami Speedway Corporation, North American Testing Company, Phoenix Speedway Corporation, South Carolina International Speedway Corporation and Watkins Glen International, Inc. Mr. Crotty served as Senior Vice President of International Speedway Corp. from April 7, 2004 to April 2015 and its Secretary and General Counsel from 1996 to April 2015. Mr. Crotty served as the Chief Legal Officer of National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing Inc. Mr. Crotty served as the Vice President of International Speedway Corp. from July 1999 to April 7, 2004. He joined ISC in 1996. He was actively involved in the acquisition of Phoenix International Raceway, Penske Motorsports, Inc., Miami-Dade Homestead Motorsports Complex and Richmond International Raceway. He serves as a Director of National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing Inc. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Duke University in 1985. Mr. Crotty holds a Master's Degree in Taxation Law at New York University in 1991. He attended the University of Florida, where he earned his Juris Doctor degree in 1988, graduating as a Member of Honor Court.
