Mr. Anthony G. Alexandrou, also known as Tony has been Senior Vice President of Global Taxation at Interpublic Group of Companies Inc. since November 2006. Mr. Alexandrou has over 20 years experience in international and domestic tax matters working with global companies in a variety of industries. Most recently, he was a partner with KPMG, focusing primarily on international tax matters for KPMG's largest multinationals clients. He was also the partner-in-charge of the KPMG Northeast International Tax practice. At KPMG, he managed international tax advisory services for many large companies, with a specialty in media and entertainment. From 1986 to 1988, he was a Tax Manager with Omnicom Group. He is a CPA and an active member with various tax professional organizations such as TEI, IFA, CITE and the AICPA. Mr. Alexandrou has degrees from Queens College, St. John's University and Pace University.
