Barry R. Linsky — Executive Vice President - Emeritus at Interpublic Group of Companies

Mr. Barry R. Linsky serves as Executive Vice President of Emeritus at Interpublic Group of Companies Inc. and served as its Executive Vice President since February 2001. Mr. Linsky joined Interpublic in January 1991, where he was elected Senior Vice President of Planning and Business Development. Prior to joining IPG at the parent company level, Mr. Linsky served as Executive Vice President of Account Service of Lowe & Partners (formerly The Marschalk Company, a subsidiary of IPG), from 1980 to 1990. From 1972 to 1980, Mr. Linsky held various positions at The Marschalk Company, including Senior Vice President and Director of the agency's New Products Group and positions in account management. He was responsible for management (professionally and financially) of a number of the advertising agency's consumer products clients, including Braun, Gillette, Johnson & Johnson and Sterling Drug. Previously, he had worked in consumer marketing for Lever Brothers Co., Bristol-Myers Company and Squibb Beech-Nut, Inc. Mr. Linsky served as a Director of LBI International AB. He served as a Director of CKS Group Inc. since 1995. He holds a B.A. in Liberal Arts from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. from Amos Tuck School of Business.
