Ms. Popielarz oversees leadership and development, compensation and benefits. Ms. Popielarz served as Executive Vice President and Global Chief Talent Officer of DraftFCB, Inc. Ms. Popielarz served as Executive Vice President and Chief Talent Officer of Foote Cone & Belding, Inc. since September 2005, a division of Foote Cone & Belding, World wide LLC. Prior to, Ms. Popielarz served as Managing Director of The Watts Group. She also served as Western Region Vice President of Human Resources of PolyGram Entertainment and has overseen all human resources and recruitment for Motown Records, A&M Records and PolyGram Music Publishing. She has served as a Board member of the Advertising Industry Emergency Fund, and has spoken on careers in advertising at the Art Center College of Design and UCLA.
