Simon Bond — Chief Growth Officer & Senior VP at Interpublic Group of Companies

Mr. Simon Bond has been the Chief Growth Officer of The Interpublic Group of Companies, Inc. since September 9, 2015 and serves as its Senior Vice President. Mr. Bond joined IPG from BBDO, where he worked for the past seventeen years in various posts, served as its Global Chief Marketing Officer. Mr. Bond served as the Chief Marketing Officer of BBDO Worldwide Inc from April 2011 to August 2015. Mr. Bond was working at BBDO for over 13 years. He is a seasoned global marketer and is heavily engaged in building global brands like P&G, J&J, PepsiCo, Campbell's and Mars and advising them on their global digital, social and mobile strategies. He has helped establish their digital operations in Europe, Middle East, North Africa, Asia Pacific and North America. He spent the first 10 years at BBDO between London, Paris, Dubai, Singapore and Japan. Mr. Bond was responsible for driving innovation and business development across BBDO's international client base and exploring new ways to expand and grow the network globally. Mr. Bond is a new business veteran, having nearly two decades of experience driving marked business growth for agencies across the globe. Mr. Bond also established BBDO's innovation and thought leadership initiative called the Digital Lab. Mr. Bond was a Member of Review Board of The Digital Catalyst fund.
