Leadership is working to better communicate. Keeping the company up to date with internal activities helps keep everyone on the same page.

Better communication and connecting employees. We are mostly home-based and it is important to find ways for employees to connect in ways other then IM and email.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all home-based so communication is important. My team keeps in touch and works to be flexible in order to ensure our projects are completed on time.
