Mr. Domenick A. Cama has been the Chief Operating Officer of Investors BanCorp. Inc. since January 1, 2008 and also has been its Senior Executive Vice President since January 2010. Mr. Cama has been the Chief Operating Officer of Investors Bank since January 1, 2008 and has been its Senior Executive Vice President since January 2010. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Investors BanCorp. Inc. since April 2003 until January 1, 2008 and its Principal Accounting Officer until January 1, 2008. He served as an Executive Vice President and Senior Vice President of Investors BanCorp Inc. He served as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Investors Savings Bank, a subsidiary of Investors BanCorp. Inc. from April 2003 to January 2006. Prior to Investors Savings Bank, he was employed for thirteen years by the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York where he served as Vice President and Director of Sales. He has been Director of Investors BanCorp. Inc. and Investors Savings Bank since January 2011. He holds a Bachelor degree in Economics and a Masters degree in Finance from Pace University.
