Mr. Colin Hulme serves as the Chief Executive Officer of OceanGeo B.V. Mr. Hulme has been an Executive Vice President of Ocean Bottom Services at ION Geophysical Corporation since February 2015 and served as its Senior Vice President of Ocean Bottom Services since November 2013 and served as its Senior Vice President of Strategic Marketing since April 2012. He served as Technical Director of Deep Reading Schlumberger Wireline at Z-Seis Corporation. With 38 years in the oilfield services industry, including 28 in seismic, he has rich blend of industry experience and market insight. He began his career at Digicon Geophysical, where he remained for fifteen years with his last position being Vice President. In 1989, he joined Schlumberger holding various management positions in WesternGeco, a subsidiary of Schlumberger, including Corporate Marketing & Commercialization Manager from 1994 to 1998. Following his tenure at WesternGeco, he held positions at Schlumberger Information Solutions (SIS) including Vice President & Business Manager of Asia Region and Vice President and General Manager of Reservoir Products. In 2002, he returned to WesternGeco as Vice President and General Manager of Seismic Data Processing, overseeing the global division of 1,500 employees. For the last 5 years, he served as Technical Director for Schlumberger's Deep Reading activities. Mr. Hulme attended Columbia School of Business Marketing School and was educated in the UK in Mathematics and Physics.
