Working on tough challenges, then getting to try tactics to solve them without being told what to do from my manager.

The team is smart, moves fast, and is also empathetic. We've given the flexibility to try things, iterate quickly, and regroup if it didn't work the first time.

Leadership is effective, and has clear goals and a strategy to achieve and surpass them. At the same time, they genuinely care and have built a company of great people who are also super smart and happy to help each other achieve our mutual goals. It's a great place to work overall!
