Joining Ionic was the best decision I could have made for my personal life and my career. Having that work/life balance and a company that promotes that is incredibly hard to find. I feel grateful to be part of such an awesome company with really great people.

The team here is truly made up of such talented individuals who are so open to collaborating and help to create a safe environment where new ideas are appreciated and can be expressed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Ionic provides a culture and environment that is authentic and celebrates the fact that we all have our own separate lives. Because of this, when come together at work to collaborate on incredible projects, it's a positive experience.

The Ionic team is comprised of incredibly talented individuals who are respectful, friendly, and very personable. Whether you need help with a project, or would like to discuss what you binged on Netflix this past weekend, you will find a friendly response.

The culture here is really one of a kind. People here care about your growth as a professional and also as an individual. It's a really safe environment where you're treated as a human first, not just another employee on the roster.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to work with such a talented team on really cool and different projects is really fulfilling. I'm honestly happy to go to work every day because I know I'm entering an environment where I'm appreciated and seen for my contributions.
