I am new. I'm within my first 30 days at the company. But it has been a very supportive environment. Lots of support. Good amount of challenge to the job. I get support from peers and supervisors. Really positive so far

Very supportive. Huge opportunity for growth. Direct access from to the CEO on down

clear, attainable goals. Very transparent. they provide you with the tools and flexibility necessary to get your job done.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I know several of them personally. Everyone is remote. Everyone is committed to the job. They are very supportive and have no problem spending time with you sharing their experiences, tips and tricks for being successful at the job.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Especially when a tech company is still in series a or b funding rounds, the possibility for a stake in that company (shares) is a huge plus. You get that with Ionic. Health benefits and unlimited PTO are great as well.
What makes you most happy at work?
I have worked at companies where most of my target audience had no idea who my company was, how to pronounce it, what they did, etc. With Ionic, even cold leads tend to have an idea of what we do. So the sale tends to be easier.
