Working at Ionic has been my most rewarding and enjoyable role I have every had. I plan on staying for as long as possible.

I feel like they are high skill, dependable, and are easy to talk to and collaborate with.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I liked the transparency that we had before. But honestly since the purchase that has dropped quite a bit. But I assume it is because we are still figuring things out.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that the work I am doing will be used by customers that are able to accomplish things that they didn't know was possible and making them happy in the process.
