My overall experience has been fantastic! Everyone is really nice, I get to work on fun & creative projects that I am empowered to create, and when I've needed time away from work Ionic has been really supportive. I really lucked out getting to work here!

Teams and leaders have realistic expectations about projects in terms of their deadlines. We get enough space to complete projects.
