Ms. B. Lynne Parshall, Esq., J.D. has been Senior Strategic Advisor of Ionis Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (also known as Isis Pharmaceuticals, Inc.) since January 15, 2018 and served as its Chief Operating Officer from December 2007 to January 15, 2018 and served as its Corporate Secretary until 2014. Ms. Parshall served as Secretary at Isis Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since November 1991. Ms. Parshall served as an Executive Vice President since December 1995, Chief Financial Officer from June 1994 to December 2012, Senior Vice President from February 1993 to December 1995 and Vice President from November 1991 to February 1993 of Isis Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and also served as its Principal Accounting Officer.
