What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team delegates effectively. Responsibility is handed off down the chain along with trust. The systems engineering approach being developed within Engineering should help with this as the company grows.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The compensation package is high for the DC area. The only companies paying better are probably Amazon, Microsoft, and Google who are having their own challenges right now and aren't employing that many people.
