Flexible. I have a lot of drewsom at my agency. In the aftermath of George Flyod, things have gotten much better. But so much needs to be done to create equality in hiring and promotions.

I liked the constant communication.

I had to push for ny current salary -- which is $10,000 below mu orcios job. I habr a master's degree and 20 ueats experience but do not make even six figures.
