Glen Weinstein — Executive VP, Chief Legal Officer & Secretary at iRobot Corporation

Mr. Glen D. Weinstein has been a Secretary of iRobot Corporation since March 2004 and has been its Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer since August 2012. Mr. Weinstein served as Senior vice president and General Counsel of iRobot Corporation since February 2005 and since July 2000 respectively. Mr. Weinstein advises iRobot Corporation on all general legal matters, including issues related to intellectual property, product development and distribution and financing. He served as Vice President of iRobot Corporation from February 2002 to January 2005. He was associated with Covington & Burling where he advised clients in various matters related to intellectual property, including licensing transactions, litigation and patent prosecution. He served as a Law Clerk to both the Honorable Randall R. Rader, Circuit Judge, US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the Honorable Roger B. Andewelt, US Court of Federal Claims. He holds a Law degree from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from MIT.
