Gina R. Consylman — CFO & Senior VP at Ironwood Pharmaceuticals

Ms. Gina R. Consylman has been Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer OF Ironwood Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since November 28, 2017. Ms. Consylman served as Chief Accounting Officer of Ironwood Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from June 2014 to December 2, 2017. Ms. Consylman served as Interim Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance at Ironwood Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since September 13, 2017 and August 2015 respectively until November 28, 2017. Ms. Consylman served as Corporate Controller of Ironwood Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since June 2014 to July 2015. She served as Vice President and Corporate Controller of Analogic Corporation from February 27, 2012 to June 2014 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer from March 15, 2012 to June 13, 2014. Ms. Consylman has held a number of key financial leadership roles in high growth, global healthcare and technology companies. Since February 2011, Ms. Consylman has served as a Senior Director, Corporate Accounting at Biogen Idec Inc. , prior to which she served as Director of Corporate Accounting from November 2009 to February 2011. While at Biogen Idec, Ms. Consylman was responsible for the accounting teams for the Corporate and U.S. Commercial business units. From September 2001 to November 2009, she served in various finance and accounting roles, including Corporate Controller, with Varian Semiconductor Equipment Associates, Inc. Varian Semiconductor is a global supplier of ion implantation equipment used in the fabrication of semiconductor chips. From March 1998 to September 2001, Ms. Consylman was Director of Corporate Accounting at Rowecom Inc. Prior to joining Rowecom, she held audit positions with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP and Ernst & Young, LLP. Ms. Consylman is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Johnson & Wales University and a Masters of Science degree in Taxation from Bentley College.
