LOTS of micromanagement. It's a very insular group. If you didn't start with them right out of college, you can expect to be somewhat excluded. Great place for new college grads to get trained and some experience though.

The benefits are great. Pay is very, very low.

Lots of company events. The insurance benefits are great. Very good for recent college grads.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Discourage micromanagement. Trust your people, or don't hire people that are experienced and go with the college grad model that really works for you.
