Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation is poor for highly experienced professionals who work very hard and smart . There are no stock options , no 401k match on the bonus paid and a lower base to offset the higher bonus percentage. Low 401k match AND toxic environment with tenured , insecure workforce
