What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The top management is inexperienced to manage acquidition and the highacquisition cost will always put pressure on the perfotmance for years to come

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Toxic culture and no recognition. Very political environmemt
Compensation is poor for highly experienced professionals who work very hard and smart . There are no stock options , no 401k match on the bonus paid and a lower base to offset the higher bonus percentage. Low 401k match AND toxic environment with tenured , insecure workforce
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Become knowledgeable, skillful and professional
Very tenured and insular and survive based on coterie , politics of favoritism and passive agression

Drain the swamps or sideline political leadership
Strong leadership to clean the swamp
