What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Coworkers are frustrated so to the lack of guidance and access to managers . They are always in meetings all day. Almost impossible for customers to receive one stop service
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Most of my coworkers are disgruntal frustrated employees
