Katya Jestin — Partner at Jenner & Block

Ms. Katya Jestin has been employed at Jenner & Block LLP in the position of Partner in the Firm's Litigation Department and White Collar Criminal Defense and Counseling Practice since May 2007. Previously Ms.estin was Deputy Chief of the Organized Crime & Racketeering Section at the United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of New York. Ms. Jestin began her legal career at Proskauer Rose LLP, and served for nearly three years as an Assistant District Attorney at the King County District Attorney's Office. She joined the U.S. Attorney's Office in 2001. Ms. Jestin received the Justice Department's Director's Award for Superior Performance as an Assistant United States Attorney. Ms. Jestin earned her law degree, cum laude, from Georgetown Law School in 1996.
