Mr. Rick Richmond is a Managing Partner of Los Angeles Office at Jenner & Block LLP. Mr. Richmond was a Partner in Litigation Department at Jenner & Block LLP. He served as a Partner at Kirkland & Ellis. Mr. Richmond is a trial lawyer with experience in state and federal courts, in federal administrative proceedings, and before AAA and other arbitration panels. He has tried over 15 cases in those venues (in California, Arizona, Washington, New York, Maryland, Ohio, Indiana, Texas, and Louisiana). Mr. Richmond has also argued 17 appeals in the California Court of Appeal, the Arizona Court of Appeals, and the United States Court of Appeals (in seven different circuits). Mr. Richmond's areas of practice include contracts, fraud, post-acquisition indemnities and valuation adjustments, insurance coverage, financial services, employment and labor relations, intellectual property, environmental, and toxic tort claims. In addition, Mr. Richmond wrote an article entitled, Eyes Wide Open that was published in the November 2002 issue of US Business Review. Mr. Richmond is President of the George Washington University Law Alumni Association. He is featured in GW Law School magazine's L.A. Litigator Leads Alumni Association. Mr. Richmond worked as an Appellate Attorney in U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Division, 1987-89. He holds a JD from George Washington University and BS from Brigham Young University.
