Thomas Newton Bolling — Co-Chair of Aviation & Aerospace Practice Group and Partner at Jenner & Block

Mr. Thomas Newton Bolling, also known as Tom, has been Co-Chair of Aviation & Aerospace Practice Group and Partner at Jenner & Block LLP since March 2017. Thomas Newton Bolling served as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at United Airlines. He has done JD from Washington University in 1996; BA from Columbia College, Columbia University in 1987 and has studied at Georgetown University Law Center in 1996. He was also responsible for operations and administration of United's law department. Mr. Bolling previously worked as the Managing in-house Counsel at Continental Airlines, where he was responsible for regulatory and environmental matters and, prior to Continental, represented U.S. and foreign airlines, airports, aerospace manufacturers, business aviation operators and aviation industry trade associations at two law firms. Before entering the aviation industry, Mr. Bolling was one of the founders and owners of an early startup company in imaging technology that was acquired by an outside investor.
