- What do you like best about the leadership team?All upper management and executives are compassionate and treat their employees like their team. The type of management Jet provides motivates me (employee) to want to excel and achieve company goals.
- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?The best thing about our culture is that it's family oriented. Our CEO truly cares about his employees and goes far beyond any employer to do the right thing. This leadership style is contagious.
