- What did you like most about the interview process?Most of it was virtual.
- What makes you most happy at work?They are a great group who, like many small companies, are a little slower in culture transformation to meet today's diversity expectations.
- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Everyone is accepting and welcoming. It doesn't feel like the ol boys club. Though I will note it's not a very diverse company. Many women and minorities are in lower level/ lower paid positions.
