The staff are actually encouraged to use their PTO time- ALL OF IT. My first day of work, I was the only new hire. The rest of the orientation class were rehires, which tells you that people genuinely like working there.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Silos are not encouraged. People are expected to be cordial. Ask for forgiveness later is not a career path into management.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Recruiter responded quickly to my emails. She was positive and polite, even if she couldn't give me any updates on my status.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Standard benefits, but they still do tuition reimbursement. 5% 401k match that is deposited weekly. My last employer did is annually and cut the match to nothing when business was bad. My coworker just took advantage of their adoption benefits as well.
