How encouraging and understanding everyone is. They want you to be the best employee you can be and career path planning is a big part of that. Everyone acts like an adult and talk things out.

Everyone is able to speak openly and honestly so there is a lot of transparency. Wins are celebrated company wide and credit is always given for hard work. If you put in the extra work it is seen and appreciated.

Leadership is always trying to improve processes and do whatever they can to make you a better employee. They want your feedback and ask for it often. They listen and they trust their teams. It's a very collaborative and nurturing environment. They care about your career path and future.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is so smart and communicates well. It's a very open and collaborative office. It's easy to walk up to a co-worker's desk and be able to talk out what you need and throw around ideas. Everyone is super knowledgeable and eager to share that knowledge as well as accept other's feedback.
