The leadership team truly listens to their people and wouldn't ask you to do anything they're not also willing to do. It feels very collaborative.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The number of people within the company I spoke with was exciting. When I knew I was meeting the founders it really showed me how hands-on they were and I was impressed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Since the pandemic and going virtual leadership has truly listened to what the employees are saying they need. They're investing greatly in culture by bringing in a specialist full time to ensure all voices are heard and lifted up.
