The company sets unrealistic goal expectations and doesn't treat every employee equally. The pay is very low for the amount of work that's required. Recently a small raise was given however overall Justworks pay doesn't equate to the amount of work required.

The best was being remote, now we are hybrid.

Alcohol on tap at the office and the food.

The leadership team needs training!

More pay for the amount of work we do.
