Large turnover, have to work with new employees regularly. There were talks about enforcing employees to go back to the office in the new year. Lots of senior staff left due to lack of opportunities.

Absolutely undervalued, the fact that other company is paying way more for my role, I must leave immediately to catch up my salary.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Pre-covid They used to get tickets for all employees to go watch movies. We have beer oclock and hang out with coworkers. Fun environment overall.
