What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The lovely people, diversity of staff, location, remuneration, flexible working and very understanding of parents/ carers. Kao have been amazing during the pandemic. Communication has been very clear and driven towards staff wellbeing.

Multiple stakeholders, clear goals and vison for the role.

The culture and environment. The teams around me are talented and friendly.
