Mr. Andy Garrich has been Senior Vice President of Land Acquisition & Development for Its Washington, D.C. Metro Division at KB Home since June 2015. Mr. Garrich is responsible for all of the builder's land acquisition activities and the development of new KB Home communities throughout the region. He joins KB Home with more than 25 years of land development experience in the Maryland and Virginia markets. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from Virginia Tech.
