Mr. Cohen held overall responsibility for all tax planning and compliance matters. Mr. Cohen served as Vice President of Tax at KB Home. He joined Kaufman and Broad in 1988 and served as director of tax until 1991 when he was promoted to vice president of tax. He also served as Senior Vice President of Kaufman and Broad??s Mortgage Company in Woodland Hills, California. Prior to joining Kaufman and Broad, Mr. Cohen was tax manager at Roth, Bookstein and Zaslow and tax director at The Casden Company, Coast-Fed Properties. Mr. Cohen spent more than five years at Arthur Andersen and Company. Mr. Cohen is a certified public accountant in the state of California. Mr. Cohen has a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the University of California Los Angeles.
