Mr. Glen Longarini has been President of Los Angeles/Ventura Division at KB Home since August 18, 2016. Mr. Longarini is responsible for all of the KB Home's homebuilding operations in Los Angeles and Ventura Counties, from land acquisition and construction, to sales and customer service. Mr. Longarini served as Executive Vice President of KB Home. He has done an outstanding job acquiring, opening and repositioning several communities in critically important submarkets. Mr. Longarini has extensive experience and understanding of the Los Angeles and Ventura market. Mr. Longarini has more than 20 years of residential construction experience in Southern California. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from CSU Northridge, and an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University.
