Mr. Jeff J. Kaminski has been Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of KB Home since June 7, 2010. Mr. Kaminski served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Federal-Mogul Holdings Corporation from April 1, 2008 to June 4, 2010. He served as Senior Vice President of Global Purchasing at Federal-Mogul since April 27, 2005 and also served as its Vice President of global supply chain management since October 6, 2003. Mr. Kaminski served as Vice President of Finance of Global Powertrain Systems of Federal-Mogul from 2000 to 2003. He was responsible for Federal-Mogul Holdings Corporation, purchasing, supplier quality and inventory management functions. He joined Federal-Mogul Holdings Corporation in 1989 and served as its Corporate Staff Controller. He served in several finance and operations positions and served as Finance Director, Sealing Systems and Managing Director/General Manager of Federal-Mogul Holdings Corporation, aftermarket subsidiary based in Australia; and served as International Controller of aftermarket based in Southfield, Michigan. Mr. Kaminski served as Manager of financial reporting of R.P. Scherer Corp. since August 1987. He began his career in public accounting at Deloitte & Touche LLP in 1983. Mr. Kaminski earned a Masters degree in Business Administration from Wayne State University and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan. He is a Certified Public Accountant (AICPA).
