Thad Johnson ā Senior VP & Treasurer at KB Home
Executive Bio
Mr. Thad Johnson has been Treasurer of KB Home since August 2010 and serves as its Senior Vice President. Mr. Johnson is responsible for corporate-wide banking and financing activities including capital market transactions, credit facilities and project financings and also manages relationships with the credit rating agencies. Mr. Johnson served for the last two and a half years as KB's assistant treasurer. Prior to joining KB Home, Mr. Johnson served as assistant vice president with U.S. Bancorp's commercial real estate group for three years after more than ten years of management consulting experience with several East Coast-based firms. Mr. Johnson holds a Master of Business Administration degree in real estate finance from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
