William R. Hollinger — Senior VP & Chief Accounting Officer at KB Home

Mr. William R. Hollinger has been Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President of KB Home since 2007. Mr. Hollinger served as the Principal Financial Officer of KB Home from December 14, 2009 to June 7, 2010, its Senior Vice President since 2001 until June 7, 2010, its Chief Accounting Officer from January 1, 2007 to June 7, 2010, its Vice President from 1992 to 2001 and its Corporate Controller from 1992 to 2006. He has oversight responsibility for the accounting and entire financial functions of KB Home, including all of its domestic and international operating subsidiaries. He joined KB Home in 1987, immediately after its initial public offering, as manager of controls evaluation and audit. Prior to joining KB Home, Mr. Hollinger spent five years as an auditor in the Los Angeles office of PricewaterhouseCoopers. He is a Certified Public Accountant and member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Hollinger graduated Summa Cum Laude from California State University, Northridge with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a double major in Accounting and Finance.
