Mr. Eric B. Heyer has been Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Kearny Bank since April 1, 2014. Mr. Heyer has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at Kearny Financial Corp. since April 1, 2011 and April 1, 2014 respectively and also serves as its Principal Accounting Officer. He has been the Chief Accounting Officer of Kearny Federal Savings Bank since July 2009 and serves as its Senior Vice President. He served as First Vice President of Kearny Federal Savings Bank since July 2009 and served as its Chief Financial Officer. He served as the Chief Accounting Officer and 1st Vice President of Kearny Financial Corp since October 22, 2009. Mr. Heyer served as Senior Vice President at Kearny Financial Corp., since April 1, 2011 until April 2014. Mr. Heyer served as a Senior Vice President and Treasurer of American Bank of New Jersey (formerly American Savings Bank of NJ) since 1997, a subsidiary of American BanCorp. of New Jersey, Inc. and its Chief Financial Officer since 1993. Mr. Heyer served as Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President and Treasurer of American Bancorp of New Jersey, Inc. from 1997 to May 2009 and also served as its Principal Accounting Officer. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Monarch Savings Bank in Kearny, New Jersey, where he was employed from 1986 to 1993. Mr. Heyer is a Member of the Financial Managers Society. He also serves as a Board Member of the Mental Health Clinic of Passaic in Clifton, New Jersey. Mr. Heyer served as a Trustee of Kingston United Methodist Church. He serves on the Finance Committee of Princeton United Methodist Church.
